Follow Stoke Road in the direction of Stoke Hammond.  Drive past the Globe Pub on your right and take the first right (The Old Linslade Road) to Heath and Reach.  

Follow the road to the junction in the centre of the village and turn left to Woburn.  Follow the Woburn Road.  

Just as you are leaving the village take the turning on your left to Stockgrove Country Park.  

The driveway for the surgery is first on the left. Take this driveway and follow the left fork to the surgery.
